IT Senior Management Team

The aim of the IT Senior Management (SMT) is to support, discuss, research and advise the Lead Team (LT) when considering new strategic directions or assessing the effectiveness of the existing strategy. This group works to increase collaboration between the different areas of ITS and Professional Services as a whole and investigate any current challenges identified and provide solutions or present options for consideration by the LT.

The SMT meet monthly and consists of the Heads of Service, FRMs, Programme Managers and one guest Assistant Directors:

• Head of Change and Students Experience (Chair rotates)
• Head of Development Services
• Head of Infrastructure Delivery                                 
• Head of Client Devices and Audio Visual Design
• Head of Data Centre Services
• Head of Information Security
• Head of Network Services
• Head of Enterprise Systems
• Head of Research Applications and Teaching
• Head of Research Infrastructure
• Head of Business Support Services
• Head of Service Delivery
• Head of PMO and Program Managers
