The Business Management Team exists to provide IT Services with project support, business administration, people operations, procurement and finance, and communications and engagement. Formerly known as the Business Support Team, the change to our team’s name reflects our commitment to service excellence in every customer interaction, both internally within IT Services and externally across the University.
Led by the Head of Business Management, Panny Martin, the teams vision is to provide superior customer service with clear objectives aligned to the QMUL 2030 strategy and to achieve a culture of continuous improvement. Our team’s goal is to strengthen the IT Services experience for all and to provide an open and transparent service to internal and external customers.
