The Business Management Team provides IT Services with essential support in project management to continually improve what we do, business administration, people operations, procurement and finance, as well as communications and engagement. Formerly known as the Business Support Team, our updated name underscores our dedication to delivering service excellence in every interaction—both within IT Services and throughout the University.
Led by the Head of Business Management, Panny Martin, the Team's vision is to provide superior customer service with clear objectives aligned to the QMUL 2030 strategy and to achieve a culture of continuous improvement. Our Team's goal is to strengthen the IT Services experience for all and to provide an open and transparent service to internal and external customers.
