Capability Policy Training

Capability 

The Employee Relations (HR) Team will be running a session on managing performance and doing a deep dive into the capability policy and procedure.

The aim of the session will be to:

  1. Provide a detailed overview on how to effectively manage staff performance using the policy and other available tools
  2. Provide managers with expert advice on writing, setting and implementing objectives
  3. Equip managers with the skills to hold difficult conversations with their staff about performance issues

The session is informal and roughly around 1.5 hours long.
