The information security team within ITS provide advice and guidance incident response and investigation for incidents related to information, cyber and IT Security matters for information assets within Queen Mary. You can raise an incident through the ITS Service Desk and once this has been triaged and categorised, we will engage with you and the relevant ITS team to help resolve the incident.
