Members of staff have access to departmental file storage which they will be permitted to use as soon as they have an account set up.In some occasions staff would need to request access, changes or removals of shared file storage in which case IT Services need to be contacted.

File Storage related requests should be made 5 working days in advance.
There is no cost to the user for this service, but some requests will need business approval from the data owner.
Hours of Service: 24/7/365Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
