Service Item Title: Loan Laptop Service
Service Description: Subject to Availability. The IT Loan Laptop Service offers staff the ability to loan a laptop from IT Services for a short period of up to one week. This service is limited to one laptop per person.
The laptop will be provided with the basic applications as outlined here: IT Equipment For Business Use - Desktop & Laptop PC's

Lead time:
IT Loan Laptop Requests should be made at least 5 working days in advance.
Cost:
N/A, however your department is responsible for any cost incurred due to loss, damage or failure to return the laptop. ITS will therefore require a budget code at the time of booking.
Availability:
Hours of Service: 24/7/365, can only be picked up during the working hours 8AM – 6PM.
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and College closure days).
