Service Description
The IT Services Support is made up of our IT Service Desk staff who is our first point of contact for students and staff. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 7am-7pm
Our Service Status Page is continually being updated. You will find the current status of our services, scheduled outage or maintenance windows and outages of the past which have been resolved.

There are no costs involved, support is restricted solely for QMUL IT Services provided equipment.
