Service Description

A QM web form developed by ITS Library Services for submitting interlibrary loans requests. It can be pre-populated by requests from SFX menus, and prompts for QM user ID for users not logged in.
NHS users who have QM library accounts can place ILL requests, but must do so via the library catalogue system and follow the NHS link unless they have a QM login.

Interlibrary Loans related requests should be made 5 working days in advance

Cost

There is no cost to the user for this service, but it is a role based service so will need local approval prior to requesting access.

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
