Mysis is the web interface to SITS and is available to applicants, students and staff. Access to MySIS is with a username and password. All new applicant students will be sent a username and password via email. Existing students and staff use their QMUL IT user account. This user account is issued to all new students at enrolment and to staff when they first join their department.
SITS has been in existence since 1991 and was first developed by a former Registrar and IT Director of a UK university. The company, Strategic Information Technology Services, was later acquired by Tribal Group who are now the 3rd party vendor of the product.

SITS/MySIS related requests should be made 5 working days in advance.
There is no cost to the user for this service, but it is a role based service so will need local approval prior to requesting access.
