IT Services (ITS) offers a range of standard software which is installed by default on the PC or Laptop for staff (Client Device). Should a member of staff wish to request additional software IT Services should be contacted.

Software For Business Use related requests for standard software should be made 5 working days in advance from the date of the authorised purchase order. Some non-standard software may be subject to longer lead times.

Hours of Service: 24/7/365Supported Monday to Friday 8am–6pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
