Staff Directory

The online university Staff Directory shows all staff currently employed by the university.

The Staff Directory is maintained by departmental directory administrators via Appsanywhere.

Appsanywhere can be accessed via a web browser at https://appsanywhere.qmul.ac.uk

Follow the link “VMWare Horizon HTML Access”. When prompted enter your usual username and password. Note, if you are not on site you will be prompted for your second factor.

Locate the tile with black hexagon with the title “Staff Directory Editor” Wait for the IDcheck page to load. Enter your usual username and password. You should then be presented with your usual admin page.

Should an entry be incorrect or missing please contact your departmental directory administrator in the first instance.

This service can be obtained using above URL.

Cost

There is no cost to the user for this service, but it is a role based service so will need local approval prior to requesting access.

Availability

Hours of Service: 24/7/365
Supported Monday to Friday 7am–7pm (excluding bank holidays and university closure days).
