Service Description
The purpose of the Tactical Clinical Trials Data Storage service is to provide the Heart Centre, part of the William Harvey Research Institute, and other Institutes with a secure facility for the storage of electronic trial data together with a remote access capability. The facility, created by expanding the existing facilities of the Barts Cancer Institute (BCI), is expected to have a life of approximately two years. The service is intended to provide only a hosting service in which trials can operate their data management systems which can be created using a pre-defined set of software tools managed and supported by the BCI.

Cost
Standard Costs:
Initial set-up £6 per registered user
Maintenance and support £147 per registered user per annum
Data storage £0.34 (TBC) per GB of allocated storage per annum
