Phone support is best for:

  • Reporting problems — such as lost files, slow W-Fi, or when a technology resource isn't working
  • Getting support for urgent issues or "in-the-moment" emergencies

 

Out-of-Hours Support:

Even when we are closed between 7pm-7am, over the weekend or or during University closures and Bank Holidays, support is still available via our partner, NorMAN. NorMAN can help with a variety of issues and if they are unable to completely resolve your issue, they will pass the details onto us for further support.
