1. Launch Outlook
2. Right-click on the root folder (your name) and select Folder Permissions.
3. On the Properties window, click Add.
4. On the Add Users window, enter the name or email address of the person you want to give permissions to. Once the user has been selected, click Add and then OK.
5. Select the permission level from the predefined settings from the drop-down menu and click OK once you have selected the relevant permissions.
6. To give permissions to a particular folder, right-click on the folder and select Properties. Then follow steps 3-6 above.
The user that has been given access will now need to add this to their Outlook account, they will need to follow the steps below:
1. Launch Outlook.
2. Click on File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings and double-click on your email address.
3. When the Change Account window appears click on More Settings....
4. On the Microsoft Exchange window click on the Advanced tab and click Add.
5. Enter the name or email address of the user who has shared folders with you and then click OK > Apply > OK.
6. On the Change Account window, click Next and then Finish.
You should now be able to view this folder on the left-hand side of the navigation panel.
