You may find that emails are attaching as OneDrive files. This feature is not supported on staff accounts.
1. Log onto OWA: https://mail.qmul.ac.uk
2. Click on the clog wheel in the top right-hand corner and click Mail under My app settings
3. Go to Mail and select Attachment options
4. For the option “For files I choose from my computer:” make sure you select “Always attach them as copies”
5. For the option “For files I choose from OneDrive:” select “Always attach them as copies”
6. For the option “For files I choose from group files:” select “Always attach them as copies”
7. Once completed click Save.
