IT Equipment Collection
When raising a ticket please ensure the following are answered:
- Equipment is broken/not working – YES / NO
- Equipment is for STORAGE / DISPOSAL
- Does the PC and/or Hard Disks contain any data you may require in the future? YES / NO
- Equipment is disconnected and ready for collection – YES / NO
- Location and contact for equipment access
- Can any equipment can be re-used?
- Is there a deadline for removal?
- Reason for collection e.g. Staff leaving
- Is there a Asset/Service Tag? If so please provide the number
(white sticker with a barcode and either QMUL or Service Tag written).
We may not be able to asset tag and collect any equipment until all questions have been answered.
