From 19th August 2021 iPay will be decommissioned and is due to be replaced with MyPrint. However, there will be a temporary impact to the Credit top-up functionality whilst the transition is complete.
As iPay will be unavailable, you will need to contact the Service Desk via the Live Chat System or on 020 7882 8888. Your query will then be forwarded onto the Central Print Services team who will create an overdraft on your account. Alternatively, within working hours (9am - 4pm) you can also visit the Mile End Library reception for support.
