Below are instructions on how to clear the cache and cookies on different Internet browsers.
NOTE: The keyboard shortcut to clear cookies and cache for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer is Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
1. In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu
2. Click Settings
3. Scroll to Show advanced settings…
4. Under Privacy > Clear browsing data…
5. Choose Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time
6. Ensure the following have been selected:
7. Click Clear browsing data.

1. Click the menu button > History > Clear Recent History…
2. Clicking on the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear: choose Everything
3. Click the arrow next to Details so you are able to view which details should be cleared
4. Once the options have been selected click the Clear Now button. The window will close and the items you have selected will be cleared.
If you are using Internet Explorer 11 then please use the following steps:
1. Click the cog wheel in the top right corner
2. Select the following items on the window that pops up
3. You will get a message at the bottom of your screen to let you know that Internet Explorer has deleted the cache and cookies successfully.
If you are using Internet Explorer 8 then please use the following steps:
1. Select Tools > Internet Options
2. Select the General tab and then Delete...
3. Make sure the following are selected:
4. Select Delete.
We have included two methods of removing cache and cookies.
1. When opening Safari select History > Clear History...
2. Click Clear
3. Close and re-open Safari.
1. When opening Safari select Preferences from the main menu
2. Click Privacy > Details..
3. A list of websites which have stored data will appear. Select Remove All
NOTE: You can select individual websites if you do not want to remove all stored data.
4. Select Remove Now
5. The website stored window will appear empty, click Done to close the window.
