  • have faced employment discrimination and/or have potential claims under the Equality Act;
  • have a potential civil action against the police including for false imprisonment, unlawful detention and loss of liberty, Data Protection Act/misuse of private information claims, malicious prosecution, and trespass to property or goods; or
  • are part of the Windrush generation and want to apply for financial compensation through the Windrush Compensation Scheme as a result of any losses suffered, from being denied employment, housing, employment or where they may have been mistakenly detained, deported or threatened with removal.
