The Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre offers assistance with form filling for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Questionnaires for Universal Credit (UC). We also assist with Mandatory Reconsideration appeals for PIP and UC where initial applications have been rejected.
This is a free service, offering 90 minute form filling appointments for PIP benefit forms and Work Capability Questionnaires for Universal Credit.

If you have received a rejection following the submission of a Mandatory Reconsideration notice, we are able to review appeal cases and potentially assist clients in taking their claim to tribunal. This includes interviewing, completing written submissions and representation at the Tribunal hearing.
