Queen Mary University of London is holding a symposium of leading practitioners to consider how to encourage and support a diverse group of lawyers for the future. We would be delighted if you could participate.
Following a keynote speech, the afternoon will include:
Panellists include:
Hogan Lovells Partner (former Chair) and Chair of PRIME, a company established to improve access to the legal profession for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds
Executive Coach specialising in Inclusion; former corporate lawyer, HR Director of Eversheds Sutherland and BDO, and author of How to Make Partner and Still Have a Life
Participants in this symposium have been selected for their expertise and experience in diversity and inclusion within the legal sector. The World Café session will pose questions for discussion and the collective thoughts and ideas will be collated into a White Paper which will be sent to each participant after the event.
A sample question for consideration:
To what extent should law firms/chambers be amenable to staff ‘bringing their whole self to work’?
