Charles Randell is the Chair of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Payment Systems Regulator (PSR). Charles who is also a Visiting Professorial Fellow at Queen Mary University of London will deliver a public lecture on “Listening up to level up – regulating finance for the whole of the UK”. He will also announce an exciting project with Queen Mary and CCLS that will address the issue of financial exclusion in local communities close to Queen Mary and elsewhere.
