The number of decisions of the Court of Justice on copyright issues has grown rapidly over the past few years. Its jurisprudence is binding on the courts of Member States and therefore has had a profound influence on the interpretation of copyright laws and on right owners throughout the EU. Two well-known experts on the subject will speak on the impact of the Court's decisions in France and the UK (to date and for a post-Brexit future....).
