This roundtable will provide insights into the latest developments in sovereign debt in the aftermath of the EU sovereign debt crisis looking at recent developments, including possible changes to the framework for sovereign debt restructuring, the ongoing pari passu litigation, recent market developments on CACs, debt reprofiling, etc. This is an opportunity to discuss and share knowledge, experience, trends and best practices in respect of an ever-developing area. The discussion will be moderated and facilitated to ensure all participants benefit from the session. The event will be followed by a drinks reception. Attendance is limited.
