PhD students and staff working in arbitration and international commercial law are planning a series of work in progress seminars. On 21 March, Professor Stavros Brekoulakis will be presenting his award winning article and work in progress about 'Systematic Bias and the Institution of International Arbitration: A New Approach to Arbitral Decision- Making', while Mr Rimantas Daujotas, PhD Candidate, will present 'The Notion of Investor’s Nationality in Contemporary International Investment Law'.
