A delegation of senior judges from the Republic of China (Taiwan) recently visited the School of Law to hold discussions with Andrew Le Sueur and Mario Mendez on constitutional reforms in the UK. The briefing session covered the impact of the Human Rights Act and the changes brought about by the Constitutional Reform Act. The delegation was led by the Vice-President of the Constitutional Court, the Honourable Justice Tsay-Chuan Hsieh.
