Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas Valsamis Mitsilegas participated in the Frontex Capacity Building Stakeholders Conference which took place in Warsaw on 28-29 October 2010.
Professor Mitsilegas was invited by the European Border Agency (Frontex) to give a presentation on the challenges and opportunities for border management. The conference was attended by officials of the European Borders Agency and of national authorities in the field, as well as by representatives of international organisations such as the UNHCR.
