Andrew Le Sueur, Professor of Public Law at Queen Mary, has returned from a trip to China and Hong Kong. In Xi’an, he spoke at the International Association of Constitutional Law roundtable on constitutional protection of social security rights, attended the executive committee meeting (representing the UK Constitutional Law Group), and spoke about modernisation of the British constitution to students at North West University of Law and Politics. In Hong Kong, he gave a paper at City University’s conference on Access to Non-Judicial Justice and gave two classes to JSD students on the advanced legal research methodology.
