Professor Philip Rawlings has been appointed to the editorial board of International Corporate Rescue. This bi-monthly journal is published by Chase Cambria and covers the most relevant issues in the topical area of insolvency and corporate rescue law and practice. Professor Philip Rawlings is the inaugural Roy Goode Professor of Commercial Law at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary, University of London.
