Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas participated in the Bali Energy Forum in Indonesia on 19-20 September. With the theme, “Energy Challenges in the Asia-Pacific Region: Possible Solutions”, this conference was organised by Indonesia’s Energy Charter Secretariat and Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, along with the National Energy Council. Among the other participants were EU officials and representatives from Energy Charter member countries, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Turkey, Finland and Sweden.
