Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, reader in Law at CCLS has been invited to speak at the 2nd Executive Training Programme for Young Energy Leaders. Participants will include around 30 energy professionals who will spend three days discussing in depth energy investment strategies, protection frameworks and other relevant issues with international energy specialists. The programme will include streaming modules and an interactive exercise to learn about the processes of settlement dispute. The course is designed to give promote knowledge and innovation for the younger generation of energy professionals.
