Dr Violeta Moreno-Lax, Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary, delivered a paper on 15 November 2013 on ‘The Illegality of Safe Third Country Practices: Three Regions and Three Rules Appraised’. Her talk was part of a workshop on Comparative Regional Protection Frameworks for Refugees organised by the Refugee Law Initiative of the University of London at Senate House.
