Amber Marks, Lecturer in Criminal Law and Evidence at Queen Mary University of London, took part in the TNI Dialogue Series on Drug Policy in San Sebastian, Spain on 23-25 October. The purpose of the dialogues is to host an open-minded exchange of views regarding current dilemmas in international drug policy making, and, to discuss strategies on how contradictions might be resolved. This event was held to discuss cannabis social clubs and the future of cannabis policy in Spain.
