Dr Maksymilian Del Mar, Senior Lecturer in Law and Philosophy at QMUL, has been invited to give a seminar at the Legal Theory Group of the National University of Singapore on 15 May 2015. Dr Del Mar will present a paper entitled ‘Comparative Legal History as Legal Theory: Change and Variation in Concepts of Law’. The paper is being prepared as a chapter for a collection, co-edited by Dr Del Mar and Professor Michael Lobban (LSE), entitled Law, Theory and History: New Essays on A Neglected Dialogue (under contract with Hart Publishing). The collection follows on from the highly successful 2013 UK IVR Conference on ‘Legal Theory and Legal History: A Neglected Dialogue’, co-organised by Dr. Del Mar and Professor Lobban.
