Dr Gabriel Gari will speak at The Graduate Institute’s Centre for Trade and Economic Integration on 20 February 2014 in Geneva. The talk in part of the Speaker Series and will be entitled, ‘Capital controls, GATS disciplines and the need for a more coherent global economic governance structure’.
