Professor Loukas Mistelis, Clive M Schmitthoff Professor of Transnational Commercial Law and Arbitration at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), is to be one of the key speakers and seminar conveners for the Fifth Executive Training Programme for Young Energy Leaders, entitled "Enabling Amicable Settlement of Investment Disputes: Mediation and Conciliation". The seminar is organised by the Energy Charter and will be held in Brussels from 5-7 November 2014.
