The seventh issue of the Global Antitrust Review (GAR) has been published. This issue covers many interesting topics that have recently caught the attention of competition law scholars and practitioners, such as the competition implications of the ‘smartphone wars’, the remedies imposed by the European Commission in the Microsoft I and II cases and the UK cartel offence.
The GAR is an online refereed student journal that aims to encourage and promote scholarship among competition law scholars. All contributions have been carefully selected so that they reflect the aim of the GAR to bring together outstanding discussions on competition law and policy from around the world.
