Dr Maksymilian Del Mar, Senior Lecturer in Law and Philosophy, presented two papers at the University of Edinburgh on 25 and 26 February 2015.
The first paper, delivered for the Edinburgh Legal Theory Research Group, was on consequential reasoning in Neil MacCormick's theory of legal reasoning. The second, delivered as a seminar in the Centre for Law and Society Seminar Series, was entitled ‘Neil MacCormick’s ‘Law as Institutional Fact’: Forty Years Later’.
