Dr Noam Gur, Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary University of London, spoke at a workshop on 'Perspectives on Legal Authority' at the University of Edinburgh. The event was held on 3 June 2015 and Dr Gur's presentation was entitled 'Should Judges Use the Floodgates Argument? Policy vs Principle in Civil Adjudication'.
The workshop was part of a series of Workshops on legal theory that is held each year by the Centre for Law and Society at the University of Edinburgh.
