First Year PhD student, Mr Dan Davison-Vecchione, has published an article in the German Law Journal. The article, ‘Beyond the Forms of Faith: Pacta Sunt Servanda and Loyalty’, is available to download here. Mr Davison-Vecchione is supervised by Professor Sionaidh Douglas-Scott and Dr Maks Del Mar. His thesis examines ‘whether the jurisprudential concept of a legal system is truly essential to a general theory of law and whether an alternative model derived from literary theory can replace it.’
