Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal, Professor of Banking and Finance Law at CCLS, has been invited to Columbia University in New York to speak at an event organised by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCATD) on the Legal Framework for Debt Restructuring Processes. The conference will take place on 31 March and Professor Olivares-Caminal will be discussing the private sector de minimis initiatives within the context of a session on International Options for Sovereign Debt Processes.
