Professor Sionaidh Douglas-Scott, Anniversary Chair in Law and Co-Director at the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context (CLSGC) at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), was interviewed on BBC 'World this Weekend' talking about 'Great Repeal Bill', 2 October. In the interview she said: "A lot of the provisions of EU law make reference to Britain being a member of the EU or they make reference to EU institutions.... The laws are going to be a bit nonsensical if they're grandfathered into national law."
