Is the Government’s EU withdrawal bill enough or will parliament need to pass more legislation? BBC Radio 4’s Law in Action spoke to Professor Sionaidh Douglas-Scott, Anniversary Chair in Law and Co-Director at the Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context (CLSGC) at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). She said: “There are several problems with talking the view that that is enough. Firstly we would be in breach of international law if there were not further agreements concluded with the EU because we are currently obliged to fulfil our obligations to the EU.” She is interviewed from 15.20 mins to 22.27.
