Valsamis Mitsilegas, Professor of Criminal Law and Head of the Department of Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), gave evidence to the House of Commons Home Affairs Committee on Tuesday 5 December. His contribution was invited within the framework of the Committee’s inquiry on the Home Office’s delivery on Brexit in the fields of police and security co-operation.
