Valsamis Mitsilegas, Professor of European Criminal Law and Global Security and Deputy Dean for Global Engagement (Europe) at Queen Mary, has been invited to speak at a workshop organised by the policy department on budgetary affairs for the European Parliament's Budgetary Control Committee.
