Professor Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), was invited to Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an (China) to present his WiseGRID project, funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 program, and gave a series of lectures in the framework of his Jean Monnet Chair in EU International Economic Law, funded by the EU. He also met with the Dean, Vice-dean, students, and researchers at NPU.
