Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas, Head of the Law Department, accompanied by Professor Penny Green, Professor Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal, Dr Ruth Fletcher, Dr Saskia Hufnagel, Dr Daniel Wang, and Dr Matthieu Burnay went to Buenos Aires in April 2018 to participate to an International Dialogue on Law, Rights and Development. This was organised jointly by the QMUL's Department of Law and the University Torcuato Di Tella. The conference allowed for transnational and interdisciplinary exchanges on international economic law, international criminal law, human rights and democracy, as well as global health law & bioethics.
The University Torcuato Di Tella is one of the Department’s partners in the M105 LLB Global Law. The Global Law LLB allows undergraduate students to expand their legal portfolio beyond the UK.
