Dr Noam Gur’s recent book Legal Directives and Practical Reasons (OUP 2018) has been shortlisted for a prize for Outstanding Legal Scholarship.
The book is one of only six shortlisted from a large field of over 20 entries by The Society of Legal Scholars for the Peter Birks Prizes for Outstanding Legal Scholarship. Each year the Society offers the prizes for outstanding published books by scholars in their early careers.
The winners will be announced at the Society’s Annual Dinner at the Annual Conference at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston on 4 September.
