Valsamis Mitsilegas, Professor of European Criminal Law and Global Security at Queen Mary, was interviewed on Estonian television about Brexit. He said: “Different MP’s have different preferences. Some of them have a preference for what is called a Norway plus agreement which means that the United Kingdom will leave the European Union but will remain part of the customs union and the single market. Some of them of them have preference for a second referendum but of course the issue with the second referendum is that we have a second stage of discussions to see what the questions on the ballot paper will be.” (Recording available here from 2 minutes 10 seconds.)
