On 12 May 2023, Dr Tibisay Morgandi will present her latest article, entitled ‘Exiting the Energy Charter Treaty under the Law of Treaties’ at the Lauterpacht Center for International Law (University of Cambridge).
The article examines how Energy Charter Treaty contracting parties can now withdraw from this treaty for climate change reasons without being subject to its 'sunset' clause. It was published in the King’s Law Journal and is available to read via Taylor & Francis Online.
Dr Morgandi will deliver the presentation alongside her co-author Lorand Bartels, Professor of International Law at Cambridge. Everyone is welcome to attend (either in person or remotely). Please register via the University of Cambridge website.
